Since 1978, Randy Wise Homes has been crafting more than just houses, it’s been building lasting relationships. Founded by Randy and Debbie Wise, a former teacher and former nurse, they began with a simple mission: to serve their community through quality homebuilding and personal connections. Randy spent his summers as a brick mason, laying the groundwork for what would become a family legacy.
Today, the Niceville-based firm is still family owned. Their son, Caleb Wise, who has been involved in the business since childhood, is now an invaluable part of the team. From sweeping job sites and working on rebuilds in his early years to supporting key projects today, Caleb, now vice president, brings deep, hands-on knowledge and a passion for the business.
Relationships That Last
At Randy Wise Homes, relationships are everything. “You don’t remember the home builds, you remember the people,” Caleb says. That client-first mindset is at the heart of the family-owned company’s approach.
As a kid, Caleb remembers watching his mom tearfully hugging homeowners at final walkthroughs—moments that left a lasting impression. Many of those families returned to build a second or third home. And one homeowner even joined their team, eventually becoming a Division Manager. Those memories stayed with Caleb, and that people-first focus remains just as meaningful to him today.
A Trusted Partner in Cambria
Randy Wise Homes has worked with Cambria for over a decade. When its designers first began specifying Cambria’s natural quartz surfaces, the standout designs made it an easy choice. Today, as Cambria has grown and evolved, it remains a top-tier option for clients seeking beauty, durability, and peace of mind through its transferable Full Lifetime Warranty.
A Personal Experience for Every Client
Clients work directly with a dedicated project manager who guides them through each step of the homebuilding journey, including the design decisions.
Offsite Division Project Manager Heather Lei-Sam plays a key role in helping clients navigate their selections and has seen strong interest in Cambria firsthand. The team regularly features Cambria quartz surfaces in their model homes to show what’s possible.
“By far, one of my favorite collections is the Inverness® series,” she says. “When I meet with homeowners, both Inverness Frost and Inverness Platinum™ in the Cambria Matte® finish are what they first gravitate toward.”
Featured Projects
In its model homes, the company continues to showcase Cambria through standout installations. The team has found that Cambria’s natural quartz designs work beautifully in the wide range of home styles they offer. For example:
1406 Addie’s Place: A transitional home with Southern charm, shown here, it showcases Cambria’s Inverness Frost with a sleek waterfall edge in the Cambria Matte finish.

The design extends to the kitchen’s surrounding surfaces and is complemented by Cambria’s Brittanicca™ in the primary bath, also in the Cambria Matte finish.

471 Shimmer Circle: A modern Craftsman-style with traditional and Southern influences, it features Cambria’s Brittanicca in the Cambria Matte finish across the oversized island, perimeter countertops, and a full-height backsplash behind the range.
158 Clermont Cove: Southern Coastal in style, it displays Cambria’s Inverness Platinum in Cambria Matte finish across the kitchen island and surrounding countertops, pairing effortlessly with a white-and-charcoal palette and warm wood accents.
New Developments
Their latest upcoming development, a 70-lot community in Freeport, FL, demonstrates the team’s continued focus on building high-quality homes. Even with projects at this scale, their commitment to personal connection remains just as strong.
The team is also excited to explore new ways to incorporate Cambria throughout the home. From full-height shower surrounds using 1cm Cambria quartz slabs to dramatic fireplace features, they hope to bring the beauty and performance of Cambria’s designs into even more spaces.
Building the Next Generation
While Randy Wise Homes continues to grow, one thing remains the same: people come first. “We thrive on building homes alongside the families that will call them their home,” Caleb says.
Even as the market shifts, their approach hasn’t changed. “Building communities with the relationship at the center of it,” he says, “that’s our success story.”
