Founded in 2013 by third-generation builder Andrew Goddard, Copley Properties has grown from a house-flipping business into a full-service custom home builder serving New Hampshire’s Seacoast region and up to the Loon Mountain area.
The company takes its name from Andrew’s dog, Copley, who was named after Boston’s Copley Square. Chosen spontaneously at a lumberyard when the business was first taking shape, the name remains a personal one for Andrew and his family.
Today, the company focuses primarily on new construction, with work ranging from homes within planned communities to fully custom builds. Supported by a team of about 15 employees, Copley Properties takes a hands-on approach to the building process, helping clients navigate each decision while prioritizing quality, function, and long-term livability.
A New Chapter in Design
As the company continued to grow, so did its approach to design. When kitchen and bath designer Anna Anderson joined the team, she was tasked with building the Copley Cabinetry kitchen and bath program from the ground up. “When Andrew described the opportunity, it felt like a kitchen and bath designer’s dream,” Anna says. Today, that in-house structure allows the company to offer a full-service design-build approach, giving the team greater control over materials, details, and overall project execution.
In her role, Anna approaches each project with a strong emphasis on the client experience. “I’m designing for the end goal of the client living in and enjoying the space. Really getting to know who you’re working with and how they will be happiest in their home has always been my main goal,” she says.
The Cambria Connection
When the design program took shape, Cambria became part of the company’s process as countertops became a more intentional part of the design conversation.
In practice, that philosophy translated into a preference for materials that felt elevated from the outset, both in performance and aesthetics. “Cambria stands out for so many reasons. The quality is better, and it’s made in the USA. Those factors really resonate with clients,” says Anna. That combination of performance, aesthetic appeal, and long-term value made it an easy addition to Copley Properties’ growing kitchen and bath offering.
Standout Homes
202 Crooked Mountain Road: Nestled in the Loon Mountains in Lincoln, NH, this custom ski home showcases an elevated take on mountain living. Designed as a second home, the project blends a rustic setting with a tailored transitional aesthetic.
The kitchen is anchored by a custom river rock hood, a standout feature that helped shape the design of the space. Paired with warm wood cabinetry, expansive windows overlooking the mountains, and an open-concept layout, the room is brought together by Cambria’s Brittanicca Warm on the island and countertops. Its soft veining adds balanced brightness and a clean sense of cohesion, enhancing the room’s rich natural textures.

9 Garrett Drive: At this North Hampton home, Copley Properties applies its signature transitional style in a way that feels both polished and inviting. Based on the company’s Alexander floor plan, the design reflects Copley Properties’ ability to bring thoughtful detail into a more streamlined build.
This kitchen embraces a lighter, more serene expression of New England style, with clean-lined cabinetry, soft neutral tones, and a bright, airy layout that gives the space a calm, tailored feel. Within that palette, Cambria’s Everleigh Warm™ adds warmth and visual movement, helping create a space that feels layered, cohesive, and quietly elevated.

Looking Ahead
As the company continues to evolve, Copley Properties is expanding both its scope and vision. With a 19-unit apartment building currently underway in Lincoln, NH, and another one in planning, these two buildings will mark the company’s first major step into larger-scale commercial work. Additionally, they will soon be breaking ground on a far larger showroom and office space, signaling growth on the design side of the business, as well. Together, these developments point to a company not only building more homes but to a broader future built around craftsmanship, quality, and refined design.
