Cambria design shown: Halewood™
For visitors navigating Chicago’s vast cultural landscape, including iconic landmarks like Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago, a truly authentic local experience awaits just down the street at the historic Studebaker Theater.
Located inside the Fine Arts Building on Michigan Ave, the Studebaker is one of Chicago’s oldest and most enchanting performance venues. Originally built in 1898 as a music and opera hall on the site of the old Studebaker Carriage Company showroom, it has hosted legendary icons from Sarah Bernhardt to Peter O’Toole.
Following a decade of sitting empty and in disrepair, a multimillion dollar renovation was completed in 2022. The theater now beautifully bridges its rich, Gilded Age past, including its preserved, original 1898 ceiling, with state-of-the-art modern lighting and acoustics, as well as a renovated VIP Lounge designed by Rae Rockwell with a charming snack bar topped with Cambria natural quartz surfaces.
“The award-winning new musical, Mexodus, that ran off-Broadway will be playing here in Chicago at the Studebaker Theater in November 2026.” —Alexander Attea, Creative Director
