One Pot Wonder
Ground lamb, beef or turkey
Canned crushed tomatoes
Water, red wine or stock
Cannelloni (or any other beans)
Bulgar or barley
Salt & pepper
In one pot, brown off chopped onion. Add ground lamb, beef or turkey, paprika, chili flakes, canned crushed tomatoes, water, red wine or stock, cannelloni (or any other beans), and bulgar or barley.
Simmer until grains soften. Add spinach and feta, and salt and pepper to taste.
Don't get stuck on amount, you'll get a sense as you move along. This is a very difficult dish to screw up. Enjoy!
