About the Program

Prepare to immerse yourself in a full-time, paid, summer internship program within multiple departments at Cambria. This unique, 12-week program, primarily within our three Minnesota facilities, gives our interns opportunities to gain essential experience and interact with the varied areas of a business. We are proud to say a number of our interns go on to join Cambria as employees after graduation.

Make Your Mark

All interns complete an individual capstone project within their department. Interns present their capstones to executive leaders before the projects are integrated into the company, aiding Cambria’s value of innovation and leaving their unique mark behind.

Two-Way Learning

We learn from each other and depend on one another to be successful. Interns get the chance to meet with company leaders to explore their career paths as well as present their own ideas to leadership in return.

Mentorship

Interns build professional relationships and form valuable networks within the company. Every intern is also paired with a mentor who acts as a guide and resource.

Discovery

Career exploration and professional development happen through seminars, workshops, and mentorships. Interns get immersive exposure to all areas of the business across the company.
