Begin the Journey
Cambria’s internship program strives to provide cross-disciplinary work experiences to help students identify their career interests and participate in two-way learning opportunities to develop their professional skill sets.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This is a full-time, paid, summer internship program within multiple departments at Cambria. We offer positions for many career paths including marketing, designer and copywriter creatives, human resources, development, network and system engineers, information technology, data analysts, finance, sales, engineering, and manufacturing quality and production—just to name a few.
Make your mark
Every intern completes an individual capstone project within their department. Interns present their capstones to executive leaders before the projects are integrated into the company, aiding Cambria’s value of innovation and leaving their unique mark behind.
Interns build professional relationships and form valuable networks within the business. Every intern is also paired with a mentor who acts as a guide and resource.
We learn from each other and depend on one another to be successful. Our program enhances interns’ previous education by integrating distinctive work-learning experiences that promote prosperity and a deeper knowledge base for departments.
Career exploration and professional development happen through seminars, workshops, and mentorships. Interns get immersive exposure to all areas of the business across the company.
