Cambria Style

He’ll never make a comeback, because he’s never gone away.

WS Holland is a Cambria entertainment ambassador and the original (and only) drummer for Johnny Cash for 40 years. He also played drums on the 1955 Sun Records recording of “Blue Suede Shoes” by Carl Perkins, the song's writer and original performer. His grit and straight-up talent is something we admire. Holland’s music has transcended music trends and has only grown more expressive and soulful.

Most recently, Holland has taken to the stage in the Broadway show Million Dollar Quartet. For more than 60 years, Holland has played his drums, without missing a beat. Now you can listen to Holland spinning yarns on Cambria’s own original podcast series Road Tales. Turn up the volume, sit back and enjoy the story.
