Regional Account Representative

Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. This key position will represent Cambria positively and professionally while interacting with customers, cultivating partnerships through on-time performance of jobs, and resolving complaints.


  • Manage effective complaint resolution
  • Identify business trends in complaints, service and performance
  • Manage integration of key concepts/actions into the organization
  • Build value-added partnership with fabrication partners through daily interface, proactive discussion and responsiveness to needs
  • Work to develop and upgrade fabricators capabilities through promotions, Cambria University, leveraging Cambria resources and conducting business reviews
  • Provide oversight and task-specific training to coworkers
  • Represent the organization at industry events
  • Analyze key indicators of customer performance and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 – 5 years of Inside Account Management experience
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus
  • Ability to establish priorities daily
  • Conflict management skills, especially with customers
  • Ability to investigate complaints for facts and recommend resolutions in a timely manner
  • Ability to build relationships and network/integrate customer into organization to be part of community
