Maintenance Manager

Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment.  The 2nd Shift Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing the performance of the 2nd shift maintenance employees while controlling costs, maintaining inventory levels, and striving to exceed productivity expectations. 


  • Find and implement ways to improve quality and efficiency throughout the facility
  • Have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the production line
  • Act and operate independently using sound analytical and business judgment with a strong bias for action and results orientation
  •  Make tough decisions and address all levels of performance
  • Continually look to identify improvement opportunities in all areas
  • Other duties as defined by leadership

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated record of performance and success in a manufacturing leadership role, along with a minimum of 2+ years of experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Prior experience managing 10 to 20 people
  • Must be able to lead, adapt, motivate, and inspire
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, as well as a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Windows operating systems
  • Analytical ability in order to gather and summarize data for reports, solve problems, and prioritize workload and competing objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Comfortable working with high expectations
