Consumer Marketing Manager

The Consumer Marketing Manager will set the strategic direction and oversee the development and management of integrated marketing plans for Cambria’s consumer segments for both our quartz surfaces and mortgage businesses. This role will establish best-in-class marketing strategies for tangible demand generation activities and results.   

This role calls for a strategic leader with extensive experience leading companies in marketing planning processes. While a well-rounded foundation of cross-discipline marketing skills is important, equally so is the ability to adapt them to a rapidly evolving marketing organization.  We need someone who can apply proven approaches and processes to our more agile environment.  The role calls for strategic thinking and strategic execution. We are looking for a passionate business leader obsessed with consumer and category understanding, with a strong will to win. This role reports to the Director of Segment Marketing.


  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives targeted toward the consumer end-user that will drive demand to our partners, including messaging platforms and promotions
  • Develop marketing strategies that will enable the communications teams (i.e. media, creative, digital, public relations, social, agencies, etc.) to execute integrated plans to support the business
  • Plan and execute marketing programs and promotions for key markets throughout North America to help boost traffic and visibility for Cambria Studios and Galleries (i.e. showrooms)
  • Lead consumer and market research to leverage insights for better execution of product, distribution and communications strategies.  Ensure a deep understanding within the company of needs, attitudes and behaviors across segments.
  • Identify industry and competitive trends and make recommendations for action plans and programs to address these issues
  • Responsible for the communications calendar and timing for all marketing initiatives for consumer audiences
  • Plays an influential role in the product development and innovation process through sharing of consumer and market insights.
  • Continually evaluates business performance, adjusts plans as required, and identifies opportunities for improvement.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Education/Training:  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar field

Related Experience:  Requires5-10 years marketing experience, understanding of the industry is preferred
