Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment.  This position will provide high level administrative support to the Cambria Safety Department in a fast-paced and professional environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting, translating, and communicating in Spanish on behalf of the Safety Department
  • Maintain data entry and filing for all Safety Department documentation
  • Word processing and extensive use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Complete special projects and other administrative tasks as requested
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Post High School education is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to multi-task
