Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment.  This position is responsible for the definition and execution of software quality and release management processes in our IT department for applications, systems, and processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of testing efforts, including coordinating resources to meet committed delivery dates
  • Conduct business readiness, milestone reviews, and business “Go-No Go” reviews
  • Coordinate software release schedules to ensure smooth transition from testing to implementation
  • Lead deployment activities, including managing and communicating plans and checklists
  • Coordinates the Change Advisory Board processes, meetings, and communications
  • Work with other technology teams to establish and maintain multiple developmental, testing, and QA environments
  • Recommend and/or develop quality and testing automation systems, solutions, and processes
  • Mentor and train other employees on quality and software releases systems and processes
  • Develop KPIs and other measurements to track and drive quality improvements over time
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience with requirements definition, developing and executing test plans and software deployment, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience with coordinating cross-functional project activities and defining and implementing technology processes
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills, including technical and business documentation
  • Strong understanding of business processes, operations and applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including both technology and business resources
