Sales Manager

Rochester, MN

Cambria is looking for an individual with strong management and sales background to lead our new sales venture in Rochester. This individual needs to have strong existing relationships within the Rochester market that will allow us to integrate our efforts into those community organizations and leverage our “demand creation” strategies. This individual will also have overall responsibility for our retail outlet, our install team, and the marketing/sales effort in the Rochester area.

This key position needs to be the “face of Cambria” in the Rochester market. Cambria takes great pride in the superior quality of our product and how we deliver it to the end user. This person would have total responsibility for making that a reality. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and possess the following qualities to succeed at this high demand job:


Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall performance of the team in regards to sales, and administration
  • Participation in Operations management
  • Overall accountability for sales and business success
  • Take a lead role in developing the business
  • Track and document sales success
  • Excellent sales skills and high level of independent motivation
  • Work in the community to create a positive Cambria image and establish business relationships and associations
  • Administrate formalized training and mentor new hires
  • Ability to make quality presentations to large groups
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership and needs of the business

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Knowledge of the construction industry
  • Prior experience in managing operations and employees required; 4-5 years of experience preferred
  • Prior experience with executing product marketing and sales required; 4-5 years of experience preferred
  • Experience in kitchen and bath design, layout, quoting and/or sales preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Computer/iPad proficiency
  • Estimating skills
  • Architectural drafting knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to compile and comprehend reports and drive change in the company
  • Superb organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong people skills for customer service and team building
  • Ability to hold employees accountable
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments including, but not limited to, construction sites, homes, commercial buildings, and offices
