Director of Digital Marketing

Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment.  The Director of Digital Marketing is a multi-faceted role that includes driving all initiatives concerning customer interaction with Cambria’s digital platforms as well management of data and analytics for the marketing department. The role is to scope and define digital marketing strategy and manage and lead the implementation of digital marketing projects from inception to production launch and post-launch assessment. The ideal candidate will be capable of understanding both business challenges and user wants and needs and leading a team in the development of innovative, technological and interactive solutions to achieve measurable results for the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Cambria’s digital platforms including company websites, e-commerce, search engine optimization, apps and mobile
  • Create strategic technology solutions based on business goals and objectives
  • Build and manage the Digital team and all associated projects/resources
  • Interface with the other marketing department Directors and Cambria business units to execute integrated initiatives
  • Define and oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance associated with Cambria’s digital content strategy
  • Analytics and reporting related to the performance of Cambria’s digital campaigns
  • Identify, develop, negotiate and manage vendor relationships to ensure that strategy is executed using the most current technologies
  • Represent digital marketing in business presentations where it plays a key role
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships pertinent to digital projects
  • Manage customer data for manipulation and usage in marketing
  • Lead the mining of data for analytical purposes within marketing
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of experience managing/directing digital platforms
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Ability to translate business and technical concepts into function specification documents
  • Excellent knowledge of digital design/development process and procedures
  • Highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Experience with projects exceeding a six month lifecycle
  • Experience in cross-platform responsive design, information architecture, site mapping and change control
  • Familiarity with information architecture/design and user experience best practices
