The Davis Family community support is a direct result of the combined commitment of the individual family members and the Davis companies' many employees through direct contributions of time, corporate resources and money. The goal is to "help those for whom help is needed." Below is a summary of the organizations that receive ongoing support.
Cambria is partnering with MATTER — a nonprofit on a mission to expand access to health next door and around the world — to improve wellbeing in communities where we do business. Together, Cambria and Matter will provide a record number of MATTERboxes to 900 Minnesota families during the 2015 holiday season, and donate a one-of-a-kind #CambriaQuartz fire truck to the city of David, Panama. Visit CambriaUSA.com/Matter for more information.
Camp Cambria is a six-day residential camp for children ages 8-17 who have juvenile arthritis or a related condition. The camp will take place on August 9-14, 2015 in Maple Lake, Minnesota on the grounds of Camp Courage, a residential campsite designed specifically for children with physical disabilities. Camp Cambria will offer a vast range of activities and provide important tools and resources related to self-esteem and disease management for juvenile arthritis campers. Camp Cambria is in partnership with the Arthritis Foundation Upper Midwest Region. Visit www.CampCambria.org for more information.
For 300,000 children in the U.S. with juvenile arthritis, living with pain is an everyday occurrence. Donations from the inaugural Camp Cambria Classic Golf Tournament, coming to Hazeltine Golf Club later this summer, will help ease the suffering. By creating more opportunities through Camp Cambria initiatives, we’ll help kids with juvenile arthritis live full and happy lives. Visit cambriausa.com/campcambriaclassic2015 for more information.
Cambria is committed to helping youth by supporting sporting activities that encourage a healthier, happier lifestyle. Learning teamwork makes them stronger members of our communities now and as adults. Visit WWW.CAMBRIAUSA.COM/TEAMCAMBRIA for more information.
