Personal Development

English Language Program

Cambria is proud of our diverse employee population. For those who speak English as an additional language, we created an educational program to support and enhance their English learning. Our English language program has three instructors and over 100 employees who are currently enrolled in the program. Many employees who have completed the program have earned the opportunity to be promoted to new jobs at higher levels than their previous positions.

Internship Program

The Cambria Internship Program is a true extension of one’s college education. The focus of our cross-functional program is equally split between education and work. We put a huge effort into teaching and training our interns to be polished candidates ready to begin their careers. In return, we gain from the students’ fresh perspectives, high energy, and new ideas.

Be Cambria SAFE

It takes all employees’ participation and commitment to achieve a truly safe place to work. Cambria has an incentive program for employees who go the “extra mile” in working safely on the job. The intent is to have a consistent program across all of Cambria that fosters safe behavior identification and reporting, so that these behaviors become habitual and are part of how work is done. Volunteer Programs

Because caring is a foundational value of Cambria, we feel it’s important for our employees to volunteer their time and give back to their communities. We provide our employees opportunities for volunteering through Camp Cambria® and Junior Achievement BizTown.

Camp Cambria®️

Cambria employees proudly volunteer for Camp Cambria, an annual summer camp for children with juvenile arthritis. Our employees take on roles of cabin counselors, program managers, and traffic controllers for the hundreds of kids who participate in Camp Cambria annually.

Junior Achievement Biztown

With Cambria’s participation in the Junior Achievement BizTown program, our employees have the opportunity to spend the day with the middle school students participating in this simulated city and help them figure out banking, communication, sales, and more real-life professional skills.
